PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compactify a vibration testing device, to reduce a manufacturing cost, to simplify structure to enhance usability and to prevent troubles, such as airtightness leakage, by constituting an oscillator as a pneumatic oscillation device free from a material, in conventional vibration testing devices that are limited in the material of a testing body. SOLUTION: Vibrational oscillation force is imparted to the testing body, by passing compressed air through a valve device opened and closed repeatedly at a high speed, and by blowing the compressed air intermittently against the testing body, and the testing body is thereby oscillated, without being restricted by the material and a form thereof.
