PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film-like hot-melt adhesive enabling rolling without causing blocking and to produce a method for producing the adhesive. SOLUTION: The copolyester film adhesive material is composed of a copolyester having≥10,000 number-average molecular weight, 70-150°C melting point and≤20°C grass transition point, and has≤5 mass% inorganic compound content and has≤120μm thickness. The method for producing the copolyester film adhesive material comprises heat-melting the copolyester, extruding the melted polyester from a circular die having≥2 mm lip clearance to carry out inflation film making, heat-fusing a cylindrical film on the inner surface by a nip roll and then rolling the treated film.
