PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gommage cosmetic easy to form a grinding off scum when grinding off and capable of obtaining sufficient gommage effect, which makes skin smooth and soft after use. SOLUTION: The gommage cosmetic comprises (A) 0.5-3 mass% of a film-forming water-soluble polymer, (B) 1-10 mass% of a polystyrene powder and (C) 0.5-5 mass% of an oil that is liquid at 25°C.
