FIELD: chemical current supplies; designing and manufacturing lead batteries. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed motor-car lead battery has set of negative plates and set of positive plates and is filled with electrolyte; bottom edges of positive and negative plates and those of battery separators are made in the form of equilateral triangles whose vertices are facing down, angles between lateral sides of mentioned triangles and their bases being minimum 15 deg. ^ EFFECT: facilitated gas transfer from battery and enhanced in-service safety of the latter. ^ 1 cl 3 dwg |
