A height adjustable table is provided to adjust the height of a table upper surface easily regardless of the load put on the table upper surface, and to be used according to the shape of a user's body. A height adjustable table includes a table upper surface(110), plural legs(130), a compressed spring, and a driving control member having a control knob. A nut is provided in a control hole(136a) formed in first or second leg(132,136). A hollow fixing tool is inserted into the control hole opposed to the nut, is fixed to the first and second legs, and has a receiving recess formed on one inner wall thereof. The compressed spring is inserted into the receiving recess to push the fixing tool. The control knob(156) includes a bolt portion that is screw-coupled to the nut, and a handle portion.
