An apparatus for manufacturing a bead string is provided to produce the bead string at high speed, by stably and uniformly supplying beads to a string so as to prevent a pressure from being excessively applied to the beads. A supply bar(10) is installed above a main body(100) having a forming apparatus, wherein an angle of the supply bar is controllable. A quantitative supply member(20) rotating in upper and lower directions is installed at an end portion of the supply bar above the forming apparatus. A guide roller(30) is installed at one side of the quantitative supply member. The supply bar downwardly supplies a middle string threaded by beads. The quantitative supply member intermittently supplies a predetermined quantity of beads. The guide roller sequentially supplies beads and gives tension to the middle string.
