The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to producing aluminium-based alloys used for obtaining pressed wheel disks. The inventive alloy comprises the following components: 0.8÷2.2 mass % copper, 1.2÷2.6 mass % magnesium, 0.2÷0.6 mass % manganese, =0.2 5mass % iron, =0.20 mass % silicon, 5.0÷6.8 mass % zinc, =0.1 titanium, 0.08-1.7 mass % chromium, 0.01÷0.12 mass % zirconium, 0.0008÷0.005 mass % bore, (0.3-4.1)10 <SUP>-5</SUP> mass %hydrogen, the rest being aluminium, wherein =0.25 mass % Ti+Zr+Cr and =8.6 mass % Cu+Mg+Zn. Said invention makes it possible to produce an alloy optimally combining strength and plasticity properties which provide wheel disks with required performance characteristics, reduce the mass thereof in combination with the high processabilty in die forging, in particular of irregular-shaped articles. |
