A logic element includes three mixers. Additionally, it is introduced the fourth, the fifth and the sixth mixers, a low-pass filter, a high-pass filter. Output of the first mixer is connected with the first input of the second mixer, the output of which is connected with the first input of third mixer. Output of the third mixer is connected with first input of the low-pass filter and the first input of high-pass filter having output connected with the first input of the forth mixer. Output the fourth mixer is connected with the firth input of the sixth mixer. Low-pass filter output is connected with the first input of the fifth mixer, the output of which being connected with the first input of the sixth mixer.
