Heating clothes are provided to improve convenience and activity, and enhance a heating performance, by using a functional fiber formed of fibrous biosilicon. A fabric is manufactured by making biosilicon emitting far-infrared rays, wherein the biosilicon is silicon containing tourmaline, zeolite, selenium, and germanium. The fabric has a self-heating function. Clothes are manufactured by mixing a biosilicon fiber and a polapolice fiber, and weaving the mixed fibers. The clothes have a self-heating function.
