<p>An egg case is provided to improve the pollution state of eggs, to eliminate various smells generated in a refrigerator effectively without using a deodorant for the refrigerator by adding charcoal and wood vinegar, and to improve durability by using sugar and corn starch. An egg case is made of processing materials. The processing material consists of fiber of 35~65wt.%, charcoal of 30~50wt.%, cooking oil of 0.5~10wt.%, sugar of 0.5~10wt.%, wood vinegar of 0.5~5wt.%, and corn starch of 2~10wt.%. The processing material is mixed with regulating concentration, firstly molded in a mold, and secondly molded in the shape of the egg case with removing moisture by compressing the processing material with a vacuum pump. And then, the moisture is completely removed by drying the egg case from low temperature to high temperature and the egg plate is hardened with changing sugar and corn starch into viscous material due to the drying temperature.</p> |
