FIELD: foundry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of mixing aggregation material, water-soluble binder and water; evaporating moisture from prepared sand till drying it; adding to dried sand additional quantity of water with normal temperature; freezing prepared sand for keeping its single-grain structure and placing it to molding space; performing second evaporation of moisture from sand placed in molding space for curing it and molding press-mold. In second variant of invention sand is foamed at step of adding to dried sand additional quantity of water.
