FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with applying the needles at the border of epiphyseal growth area and the tumor followed by osseous osteotomy at the sector between healthy and affected bony tissue, development of intra-osseous canal along with resecting a pathological focus followed by introducing a healthy osseous fragment into osseous cavity, compression-distraction osteosynthesis according to Ilizarov's technique and forming a distraction regenerate. Moreover, the tumor should be resected at keeping cortical layer, then comes osteoperforation of osseous cavity along its perimeter followed by longitudinal dissection of cortical walls of osseous pathological segment. Then one should introduce a distal end of healthy bone with circularly-removed cortical layer into osseous cavity, as for Ilizarov's device it should be mounted based upon semi-rings. Application of the present innovation enables to shorten the terms of therapy by 2.5-3 times without affecting a limb's functions due to forming a regenerate that fills in the whole osseous cavity. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 4 dwg |
