A side reinforcement structure of a front end module carrier of a vehicle is provided to improve vibration and noise prevention by including a bracket coupling a side panel portion of the front end module carrier to a side of an upper member of a fender apron, and to increase rigidity of the bracket by twisting the bracket by a predetermined angle and forming a plurality of bolt holes in the bracket. A side reinforcement structure of a front end module carrier of a vehicle comprises a fender apron(60), a front end module carrier(70) and a bracket(90). The fender apron is coupled to a front side member(50) disposed in the length direction of a vehicle body, and horizontally extended by a predetermined length toward the outside of the vehicle body. The front end module carrier has a vertical panel portion(71) coupled to an upper end of the front side member, and an upper panel(73) of a side panel portion(72) coupled to a front upper portion of the vehicle body. The bracket couples a lower panel(74) of the side panel portion of the front end module carrier to a side of the fender apron.
