A conductor is provided to improve electrical conductivity and adhesion stability and to enhance transparency by decreasing the thickness of a conductive fiber layer. A conductor(100) comprises a base layer(110); a conductive fiber layer(130) which is arranged on the base layer and comprises a conductive fiber(131); and a mixture layer(120) which comprises the some part of the conductive fiber constituting the conductive fiber layer contained in the some part of the base layer. Preferably the base is made of a polymer material and its pore is removed by coating a soluble organic solvent. Preferably the conductive fiber layer is made of a carbon fiber, and the total thickness of the conductive fiber layer and the mixture layer is 1-500 nm.
