摘要 <p>A method and an apparatus for a retransmission in a mobile communication system are provided to reduce a process load for processing an ARQ(Automatic Repeat Request) and an HARQ by performing a retransmission scheduling using an HARQ NACK and an ARQ NACK. A transmission buffer(1210) stores a packet from an upper layer. A framing device(1215) divides/concatenates/combines the packet to be transmitted into a proper size and inserts a header into the result. A retransmission buffer(1220) temporarily stores the packets from the framing device. An HARQ(Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request) processor(1230) configures the framing packet into HARQ units, soft-combines an HARQ response signal from a receiver side with a previous HARQ response signal to generate a NACK(Negative ACKnowledgement) signal. A controller(1205) controls the retransmission buffer and a transmission buffer by considering the NACK response signals from the HARQ processor and the receiver side.</p>
