An RF signal transceiver and a method for transmitting/receiving an RF signal are provided to reduce interference of an external signal and reduce consumption of output power. A frequency varying/oscillating unit(120) outputs an oscillation signal of a certain phase. A signal receiving unit(130) receives only a baseband signal. A signal transmission unit(140) outputs only a signal of an IF(Intermediate Frequency) band separated from the baseband. A bi-directional mixer(125) receives the oscillation signal outputted by the frequency varying/oscillating unit, converts a received RF signal into the baseband signal, and converts the IF band signal into an RF signal. An RF filter unit(110) outputs an RF signal of a certain band obtained by filtering a received RF signal to the bi-directional mixer. |
