LIGHT EMITTING DIODE PACKAGE HAVING LIGHT EMITTING CELL WITH DIFFERENT SIZE AND LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE THEREOF

An LED(Light Emitting Diode) package and a light emitting device using the same are provided to restrain effectively the generation of flicker by differentiating the light emitting time of each light emitting cell using a plurality of light emitting cells with different sizes. An LED package includes one substrate, a buffer layer, and a plurality of light emitting cells. The buffer layer is formed on the substrate. The plurality of light emitting cells(100-1 to 100-16) are arranged on the buffer layer. The light emitting cells are electrically isolated from each other. The light emitting cells have different sizes. The light emitting cells are connected with each other in series by using a metal line.
