A battery pack is provided to obtain desired stiffness, to increase capacity, to simplify a manufacturing process and to lower a manufacturing cost. A battery pack comprises a battery cell(100) prepared by accommodating an electrode assembly in a pouch case of a laminate sheet comprising a metal layer and a resin layer and sealing it which is mounted on a pack case, wherein the pack case comprise a frame member(200) whose battery cell-mounting accommodation part is opened, the battery cell is mounted on the frame member in such the structure of the both sides sealing parts(120,130) surrounding the both sides of the frame part, and an external film is coated on the outer surface of the frame member.
