LAY OUT OF ARRANGEMENT FOR MANUFACTURING MUFFLER

A lay out of arrangement for manufacturing muffler is provided to perform a work without man so that a manufacturing cost is reduced, and rational processes are performed. The first automatic welding jig is disposed at the entrance of an assembly line to weld an in-pipe and an out-pipe at the body(11) of a muffler. The second automatic welding jig is disposed at the rear portion of the first automatic welding jig to welds a pair of load hangers to the body(11) of the muffler. An in-pipe supplying device supplies an in-pipe to the first automatic welding jig. A muffler supplying unit supplies the body of the muffler to the first automatic welding jig. The first handling robot sets the body of the muffler to the second automatic welding jig. A pair of the third handling robots set the paired load hangers to a suitable position of the second automatic welding jig. An inspection plate is disposed at the rear portion of the second automatic welding jig. The fourth handling robot loads or unloads the inspection plate of a muffler assembly to set the muffler assembly to a suitable position of the inspection plate.
