A device of high temperature and high pressure steam jetting type for removing fine particle of recycled aggregates by using waste heat of an incinerator is provided to prevent drain holes of a bucket from being stopped up by the heat and pressure of steam although foreign materials are piled up in the drain holes of the buckets in feeding the recycled aggregates to a dewatering screen. A device of high temperature and high pressure steam jetting type for removing fine particle of recycled aggregates by using waste heat of an incinerator is composed of: a water tank(100) receiving the recycled aggregate and the cleaning water; a screw(200) installed at the water tank to rotate in situ and transfer the recycled aggregate poured into the water tank, to one side; a drum-shaped discharge bucket mounted on one side of the screw to rotate in situ, and scoop up and discharge the recycled aggregate transferred by the screw to a dewatering screen; a blocking plate(400) installed between the screw and the drum-shaped discharge bucket to prevent foreign materials floating in the cleaning water stored in the water tank from moving toward the discharge bucket; and a steam jetting unit(500) mounted on the upper part of the discharge bucket opposed to the dewatering screen, to prevent drain holes of the bucket from being stopped up by jetting the steam to the bucket.
