The device (1) has a support (6) with an outer frame (7), and an inner frame (8) which is moved with respect to the frame (7) between retracted and deployed positions. The frame (8) is completely arranged inside the frame (7) in the retracted position, and an end part (9) of the frame (8) is projected outside the frame (7) in the deployed position. A container (5) is associated to the inner frame in rotation around the part (9) between a storage position and a unloading position. A translating unit translates the frame (8) and rotates the container.
