The gateway has an asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) modem receiving a digital video broadcast service e.g. digital video broadcasting-handheld (DVB-H) service. The modem determines data representing a time division and encapsulates service frames in a frame comprising the data. A wireless LAN access point transmits the frame with the data to a digital audio/video terminal e.g. mobile telephone. The access point encapsulates data concerning selected stream received from the modem, into a radio frame (252) for diffusing the data on a wireless LAN. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for diffusing a digital video service (2) a method for receiving digital video/audio.
