The center has a module (01) that is formed of a slab and a foot and constitutes a monolithic block formed of concrete flown in an adapted mold in which tubular reservations and reinforcement are integrated. The slab constitutes a horizontal plane of the module (01). Tubes form holes and horizontally traverse the slab. A rib is integrated to a lower horizontal side of the slab and is embedded as a male pin mounting into a female pin mounting of the module for integrating the module with another module.
