The composition has a biomaterial obtained by extemporanous mixing of a pulverulent phase e.g. calcium sulphate, and a liquid phase e.g. sterile water, where the mixture is malleable before being taken for preparing the composition utilized for a patient during an otorhinolaryngology surgery. A mastoid, a mandible, a petrous part of temporal bone and a calvarias of the patient are reshaped in an otorhinolaryngology surgery intervention that is connected to the deformation of face and bone gap of the patient. The intervention aims to reconstruct a part of the mastoid. An independent claim is also included for an otorhinolaryngology surgical intervention kit comprising a sterile water part.
