A testing method for a micro tool is provided to predict the wear degree and life expectancy of the tool by comparing a deviation of a synthetic image with an inputted reference value and measuring the amount of the wear degree and buckling degree. A tester of a micro tool comprises a base plate(100), a frame(110), a stand(200), and a control part. The frame is connected with an XY table(300). The stand has a camera(270) to be height-adjustable. The XY table is installed with a jig block(310) to be rotated at a predetermined angle about a rotary shaft(330) and to mount the micro tool by one touch method. A lamp(130) is installed in the upper part of the frame. The camera is connected to a camera block(250) connected to the stand. An inside of the camera block is installed with a linear motor(230). The camera is tooth-engaged with the stand having a thread(210), and supported by a guide bar(240). A deviation of a synthetic image is compared with an inputted reference value to measure the amount of the wear degree and buckling degree.
