A floor material having a gas barrier layer is provided to prevent emission of volatile organic material by employing the gas barrier layer on a conventional floor material including the volatile organic material. At least one gas barrier including polyalkylene terephthalate-based resin or thermalplastic elastomer(TPE) resin is stacked. The polyalkylene terephthalate-based resin includes polyalkylene terephthalate(PET) or polyalkylene terephthalate glycol(PETG). The thermoplastic elastomer(TPE) resin includes one selected from the group consisting of TPS, TPO, TPU, TPEE, TPAE, and TPVC. The gas barrier is stacked in the form of a film. The gas barrier has a thickness in the range of 50 to 500 micrometers.
