A method for manufacturing a PC(Polycarbonate) inlay with the texture of aluminum is provided to express the texture of aluminum without using aluminum materials and to secure excellent durability by preventing wear of a printed part due to back printing. A method for manufacturing a PC inlay with the texture of aluminum comprises the steps of: producing a photo-sensitive film by applying photo-sensitive solution on silk yarns one or three times by using silk screen printing; making a light absorption plate on the back side of a contact film that is not exposed to the light, by using a halation preventing layer; stacking the film, the silk photo-sensitive film, and the light absorption plate from the upper side in order with coming into contact with each other, exposing the stacked material to the light in a vacuum press device, and then dipping the material in phenol solution and drying the dipped material; and printing words or pictures on a PC film.
