A device and a method for implementing a mobile service by using RFID and a terminal electronic wallet are provided to enable a user to easily apply for a premium or buy goods without directly inputting personal or card information to a site by reading a URL through an RFID tag related to AD(ADvertisement) and transmitting the encrypted personal information stored in the electronic wallet to the URL site. A mobile terminal(100) includes an RFID reader and electronic wallet function, recognizes a premium application or goods purchase RFID tag through AD matters or the Internet, and receives URL information for the goods by connecting to an ODS(Object Directory Service) server(200) based on the recognized RFID tag. The mobile terminal transmits the encrypted personal information to the URL site(300) by activating the electronic wallet function in case of premium application. The mobile terminal transmits the encrypted personal information to the URL site and transmits encrypted payment information to a PG(Payment Gateway)(400) at the same time in case of goods purchase. The URL site delivers the premium or the goods to the user if a payment completion message is received from the PG after the personal information is received from the mobile terminal. |
