A system and method for automatically performing examination of tickets are provided to allow a user to come in a theater or a sports stadium without receiving an admission tickets at a field by using a cyber ticket, a mobile terminal, and a membership card after the user sells the ticket in advance on the Internet. A customer terminal(110) enables the customer to buy the ticket through the Internet to enter a theater or stadium. An issuance server(124) processes reservation of the ticket by an operation of the customer terminal, transmits a reservation mark for representing reservation of the customer, and transmits reservation information to the theater or stadium. A ticket checker(134-1~134-N) is installed at a gate of the theater or stadium, and stores the reservation information received from the issuance server in a local database. If the customer enters the gate, the ticket checker reads and compares the reservation mark with reservation information of the local database, and allows entrance of the customer depending on a comparison result. The customer terminal includes a customer PC(112), a printer(113), the membership card(115), and a mobile terminal(116) storing an SMS(Short Message Service) ticket through the SMS. |
