A terminal having touch wheels and a method for inputting commands therein are provided to execute many composite functions efficiently by installing plural concentric touch wheels so as to input touches in various methods. A terminal(100) comprises the first touch wheel(125-1), the second touch wheel(125-2), and a control part. The first and second touch wheels(125-1-125-2) receive touch input from a user. The control part recognizes each touch operation, made on the first touch wheel(125-1) and the second touch wheel(125-2), as a user command. The first touch wheel(125-1) is concentric with the second touch wheel(125-2). Each of the touch wheels is formed in the shape of a circle. The first touch wheel(125-1) and the second touch wheel(125-2) are separated from each other at a regular interval.
