A surgical system having a non-invasive flow sensor is provided to maintain constant force between a flow channel and a non-invasive flow sensor by using a sound wave transducer. A surgical system having a non-invasive flow sensor includes a surgery console, a surgery cassette(10), and an ultrasonic transducer. The surgery console includes a cassette container. Plural flow paths are formed in the surgery cassette. The ultrasonic transducer is arranged in the cassette container of the surgery console. When the cassette is mounted on the cassette container, the ultrasonic transducer measures a liquid flow in the flow path in the cassette. The ultrasonic transducer is mounted in the cassette container by an elastic mount. The cassette includes a sound wave coupler(38), which is mounted on the cassette using an over-molding. |
