PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information transmitter and a mobile-body communication terminal capable of transmitting a connection-destination information accessing to an information processor on a communication network receiving an information registration or an information acquisition without spending a communication cost, and to provide a method for providing the information and the method for registering the information using these transmitter and communication terminal. SOLUTION: When the mobile-body communication terminal 20 is brought to a radio nonpublic communication mode for a short distance, the information transmitter 10 transmits a link information preserved in a link-information storage means 112 to the mobile-body communication terminal 20 by using the radio nonpublic communication for the short distance.
