PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stable reception quality against a change of each of transmission lines between transmitting-side antennas and receiving-side antennas. SOLUTION: A receiver 200 in which transmission signals transmitted from a transmitter 100 by a plurality of transmission antennas 110 are received by at least one reception antenna 210 comprises: a transmission function estimating means for estimating a transmission function of each of transmission lines between the transmission antennas 110 and the reception antennas 210; a likelihood calculating means for generating a reference signal reflecting a candidate of the transmission signal with the transmission function and calculating likelihood between the reference signal and a reception signal at the reception antenna 210; a weight operating means for weighting an appearance probability for the candidate of the transmission signal with the transmission function; a likelihood weighting means for weighting the likelihood based on the weighted appearance probability; and a signal detecting means for determining transmission signals transmitted from the transmission antennas, respectively, based on the weighted likelihood.
