PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide scissors which can be made compact when it is carried in a bag or the like, can prevent their blades from being exposed, can be made usable quickly, gives a feeling of use as good as conventional scissors and can solve the problem of a circular cylindrical storage case of storing a pair of blades has an excessively long length and may sometimes be lost.
