PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique enabling it to always maintain the adhesiveness of the adhesive layer which is formed on a belt supporting a recording matter and holds the recording matter with a simple task. SOLUTION: A tape holder for holding the reel of a double-sided adhesive tape is fixed in a predetermined position of a recording device.
