A process for telomerization of brown alga-derived fucoidan is provided to produce telomerized fucoidan which is useful in various fields such as health food, patient meal for cancer patient, medicine, cosmetic, agricultural, fishery and livestock fields. A brown alga having a moisture content of 5 to 10% is ground, roasted at 100 to 130deg.C for 10 to 30min while stirring and extracted with 5 to 15 times the weight of water at 100 to 120deg.C for 3 to 6hr to obtain fucoidan extract with 7 to 8Brix. Then, 1L fucoidan liquid is fermented with 0.1 to 0.2g biomass culture of Vibrio hailoticoli KCTC 10998BP and its glycosyltransferase for 20min to 4hr and successively 0.1 to 0.2g probiotics containing 1.0x10^6 to 1.0x10^9/g of each of Streptococcus faecalis, Bacillus mesentericus and Clostridium butyricum for 2 to 6hr and heated at 90 to 130deg.C for 20min to 2hr to sterilize and inactive microorganisms and enzymes. |
