<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle security device and a vehicular security system capable of preventing a bad influence on driving of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicular security device 10 comprises an immobilizer ECU 11, a remote security ECU 12, and a communicating ECU 13. The immobilizer ECY 11 controls drive prohibition and drive permission of an engine 30 on the basis of a recognition signal transmitted from a key 40, and controls the drive prohibition and the drive permission of the engine 30 on the basis of a remote set signal/remote unset signal outputted from the remote security ECU 12 (transmitted from a base station 50).
