<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a blood treating filter device which prevents the occurrence of a spark, is superior in stable productivity even when substances difficult in simultaneous melting in general are combined like the combination between a soft polyvinyl chloride sheet and a polyester nonwoven fabric, and has sufficient rupture resistance even when it is high frequency-welded in a prescribed time and the blood treating filter device. <P>SOLUTION: In the blood treating filter device, a blood inlet and a blood outlet are separated by a porous material. The method for manufacturing the filter device includes a process in which a sub-porous material is arranged between a thermoplastic sheet-like non-porous material and a main porous material with an average fiber diameter of 0.3-3.0 μm, and the laminate is high frequency-welded to form a first seal zone. By using a porous material including a titanium type polyester nonwoven fabric using a titanium compound as a polymerization catalyst, part or the whole of the main porous material are high frequency-welded to make the ratio (S1/S2) between the area (S1) of the first seal zone and the effective filtration area (S2) of the main porous material 0.1-0.35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
