<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a miniaturizable voltage divider capable of restraining a secular change of a transition voltage dividing characteristic. <P>SOLUTION: A mounting pattern 2 is formed on a substrate 41, rectangular electrode plates 4 are formed with a prescribed interval on a substrate 42, an electrode plates 6 is formed with a prescribed dimension position shifted from the electrode plates 4 on a substrate 43, the electrode plate 6 is formed on one face of a substrate 44, an electrode plate 8 is formed on the other face, those are layered, and chip resistances 21, low voltage part resistances 22 and low voltage part capacitors 23 are mounted on the mounting pattern 2. A plurality of capacitors are formed to oppose the electrode plate 4 to the electrode plate 6 with a common substrate 1 therebetween, and is connected in parallel to the respective chip resistances 21 connected in series. A dispersion of the secular changes in the respective capacitors is reduced and the secular changes in the transition voltage dividing characteristic is restrained, since the substrate 1 serves as a common dielectric substance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
