<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain total results corresponding to transition of inquiries on the basis of knowledge that the inquiry contents change according to passage of time from the time point of time where inquiry causes arise and to obtain total results corresponding to inquiries whose inquiry contents issued by customers change according to the lapse of time from the purchase point of equipment, etc. <P>SOLUTION: Solution information to the inquires of the customers is provided by forming an inquiry group constituted of inquiries based on the purchase of equipment, etc., totaling the inquiries by every lapse of time from the point of the inquiry causes to the point of time where the inquiries arise by every passage of time and ranking the inquires from the total results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
