PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an lens array which has excellent optical characteristics and can be inexpensively manufactured. SOLUTION: In the lens array formed by using resin, a plurality of lenses 11 having convex or concave light incident and emission surfaces 11a and 11b are arranged in a row and integrally connected, flat surfaces are formed on the periphery of the light incident and emission surfaces and between the adjacent light incident and emission surfaces, and each lens 11 has an outer peripheral surface 11c connected to the outer peripheries of the light incident and emission surfaces 11a and 11b and erected from the flat surface.
