PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive hydrodynamic bearing device having high durability and reliability. SOLUTION: Microscopic droplets of ink 12 containing coupling agent are landed or dropped onto a raw material 2a' constituting a shaft part and then hardened to form a hydrodynamic pressure generation part with a trace-of-ink aggregate. Titanate coupling agent is used as the coupling agent for improving the adhesiveness of the ink which forms the metal shaft part and a hydrodynamic pressure groove.
