PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a headrest, which facilitates mounting/dismounting of the headrest including connection/disconnection of an electric wire. SOLUTION: The mounting structure includes: a headrest body 11 having a built-in electrical device 18; a headrest bar 12 extending downward from the headrest body 11; a first connector 50 provided in the headrest bar 12 and connected to the electrical device; a holder 30 provided at a seat back 80, keeping the headrest bar 12 insertable from the upper opening, and holding the inserted headrest bar 12; and a second connector 40 provided in the holder 30 and connected to a circuit on the seat back side. The headrest bar 12 is inserted/removed relative to the holder 30 to connect/disconnect between the first connector 50 and the second connector 40 in the inserted/removed direction, and the mutual connection of the connectors electrically connects the electrical device 18 and the circuit on the seat back side.
