A laser irradiation device and a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting device using the same are provided to improve transfer efficiency by forming an organic layer irrespective of a pixel arrangement of the organic layer. A laser irradiation device includes a laser oscillator(310), a mask(330), and a projection lens(340). The mask includes a polygonal pattern unit for patterning a circular laser beam, which is oscillated from the laser oscillator. The projection lens determines a magnification ratio of the circular laser beam, which is patterned by the mask. A size of the pattern unit exceeds 70% of the size of the circular laser beam. The pattern unit is horizontally and vertically symmetrical. |
