摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear shift controller for a multiple clutch type transmission capable of preventing or suppressing the occurrence of gear shift shock when abnormality occurs in the clutch on one side while it is on. <P>SOLUTION: This gear shift controller for the multiple clutch type transmission for setting a change gear ratio by controlling engagement/release conditions of the multiple clutch with/from engagement devices for gear shift for setting change gear ratio setting mechanisms provided in a plurality of power transmission paths to a power transmission condition selectively is provided with an abnormality detection means for detecting abnormality of the clutch while it is on (steps S10, S20), an abnormal time synchronizing means for controlling output torque of an engine and transmission torque of the clutch having no abnormality to synchronize the engagement devices for gear shift in the clutch in which abnormality is detected while it is on when detecting abnormality while it is on (steps S13, S14), and an abnormal time gear shift means for setting the change gear ratio setting mechanisms in the clutch in which abnormality is detected while it is on to the power transmission condition by synchronizing the engagement devices for gear shift (step S15). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
