<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a quartz oscillator and an angular velocity sensor, provided with three leg parts extended along directions different respectively by 120° in the same plane as with a Z-axis as a normal, under the condition where high symmetry is obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The leg part 121 is constituted of two leg part members 121a, 121b arranged in an axisymmetric manner to an X-axis extended therewith, and curved protrudedly from a side of the X-axis within the plane. The leg part 122 is constituted, similarly, of two leg part members 122a, 122b arranged axi-symmetrically to the X-axis extended therewith, and curved protrudedly from the side of the X-axis within the plane.
