<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tapered roller bearing manufacturable with high productivity, a spacer reduced in the possibility of falling, and a spindle supporting structure of a wind power generator manufacturable with high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: This tapered roller bearing comprises an outer ring, an inner ring, a plurality of tapered rollers 24a, 24b so disposed between the outer ring and the inner ring as to be arranged continuously with each other in the circumferential direction and having small end face side recesses 26a, 26b on the small end faces 25a, 25b, and a spacer retainer having a plurality of spacers 11 which are arranged between the adjacent tapered rollers 24a, 24b and in which the intervals of the surfaces thereof in contact with the tapered rollers 24a, 24b adjacent to each other on a roller pitch circle diameter are gradually increased from the small diameter side end faces 25a, 25b to the large diameter side end faces of the tapered rollers 24a, 24b, and which have small end face side projections 16a, 16b axially projecting correspondingly to the small end face side recesses 26a, 26b.
