PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a music signal extracting device capable of extracting only an audio signal part with high precision. SOLUTION: The music signal extracting device includes a first filter which passes only an audio-band signal of an input audio signal, a second filter which passes only an out-audio-band signal of the input audio signal, an autocorrelation evaluated value calculating means of calculating autocorrelation evaluated values for evaluating autocorrelativity of the audio-band signal passed through the first filter for prescribed evaluated value calculation sections, a cross-correlation evaluated value calculating means of calculating cross correlation evaluated values for evaluating correlativity between the audio-band signal passed through the first filter and the out-audio-band signal passed through the second filter for the prescribed evaluated value calculation sections, and a music signal part extracting means of extracting a music signal part in the input audio signal based upon the autocorrelation evaluated value calculated by the autocorrelation evaluated value calculating means and the cross correlation evaluated value calculated by the cross correlation evaluated value calculating means.
