PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection hose for a vacuum cleaner, which is turned smoothly by ensuring an electrically conducting state at a turning part, and to provide the vacuum cleaner. SOLUTION: The connection hose for the vacuum cleaner has: a hose body 30; an insertion part 50 connected to the base end of the hose body; a handle part 70 connected to the front end of the hose body; and a conducting wire 33 which is wound on a bellow part 31 formed on the peripheral surface of the hose body and through which a vacuum cleaner body is connected to an operation part. At the base end and/or front end of the hose body, a turning tube 40 is formed and fitted turnably into the inner periphery of a connector tube 51 formed at the insertion part and/or the handle part to make the hose body freely turnable relative to the insertion part and/or the handle part. On the outer peripheral surface of the turning tube, a conductive bare wire 35 connected electrically with the conducting wire of the hose body is wound. On the inner peripheral surface of the connector tube, a conductive armature 55 connected electrically with the vacuum cleaner body or the operation part is projectingly provided, and the armature is pressed to the bare wire so as to be conductive with the bare wire.
