An implantable prosthetic device, comprising:
a wall forming a tubular structure and having at least first, second, and third portions along a wall thickness, the wall having an interior side and an exterior side;
wherein the first portion extends axially along and forms the interior side of the wall, the first portion having a first porosity;
wherein the second portion extends along the first portion and forms a physical barrier impenetrable to cell growth;
wherein the third portion extends along the second portion and has a second porosity, the second porosity being less porous than the first porosity;
the first, second, and third portions being coalesced together to form the wall. |
